Know who manages your purchase
Cancellation and Refunds
The place where you purchased Pro determines where you cancel and request a refund.
Effective: 10 August 2026
Before subscriptions launch
Paid AnyMediaPlayer subscriptions are not currently available through this website. This page publishes the policy that will apply when direct checkout opens after merchant approval.
Apple App Store purchases
Apple bills, renews, cancels and decides refund requests for purchases made through Apple StoreKit. Cancel from the subscription settings for your Apple account. To request a refund, use Apple's official Report a Problem service. We cannot issue an Apple transaction refund from the AnyMediaPlayer website.
Direct website purchases
After direct checkout launches, sign in to the AnyMediaPlayer account page and choose Manage subscription to stop the next renewal. You may also contact support from the email address associated with the purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless a refund or mandatory rule requires earlier termination.
For an initial direct website subscription, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Renewal refunds are considered when requested within 14 calendar days of the renewal, particularly for duplicate billing, unauthorized payment, or where Pro has not been used during the renewed period. These rules do not reduce any stronger mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
What to include
Email info@anymediaplayer.app with the account email, purchase date, plan and reason. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, playlist credentials or passwords. We may ask for the payment provider's non-sensitive transaction reference.
How approved refunds are returned
An approved direct-purchase refund is returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are outside our control and can take several business days after the provider confirms the refund. Refunding or reversing a payment can end the related Pro entitlement.
Media-source problems
AnyMediaPlayer does not provide media or access credentials. A third-party channel, playlist, server or subscription becoming unavailable is not by itself a defect in the AnyMediaPlayer service. We will still investigate reproducible player or supporting-service failures and apply applicable consumer rights.
