Terms of Service

1. Provider and agreement

AnyMediaPlayer is provided by MRG's Solutions, UAB. By using the applications or supporting services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law are not limited by these Terms.

2. What AnyMediaPlayer provides

AnyMediaPlayer is software for organising and playing compatible media sources selected by the user. Features can include live-TV playback, movies, TV shows, music, downloads, local and network media, programme guides, catch-up signalling, metadata, artwork and device synchronisation.

AnyMediaPlayer does not sell or provide channels, movies, music, playlists, media subscriptions or access credentials. Availability and quality of third-party media depend on the source you choose.

3. Your sources and lawful use

You must have the right to access every file, server, playlist and stream you add. You may not use AnyMediaPlayer to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful material, attack systems, misuse another person's credentials or violate applicable law. We may restrict service access when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or legal rights.

4. Offline saving and third-party services

Offline saving is available only for compatible media that you own or administer, or media whose source or provider has explicitly authorized you to download it. Each playlist defaults to streaming only. Before enabling offline saving, you must confirm that you have those rights and can provide proof of authorization if requested.

Do not enable offline saving for content from Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo, or another third-party or public media service unless that source explicitly authorizes downloading. This prohibition still applies when a source is proxied, relayed, converted, shortened, renamed, or masked as a generic media URL.

Playback access and download permission are separate. Sharing a library grants playback access only unless its owner separately enables offline saving for that invitation. Your confirmation does not bypass digital-rights management, access controls, encryption, source restrictions, copyright, or a provider's terms.

AnyMediaPlayer does not provide media, credentials, or a general-purpose URL downloader. You remain responsible for the sources you add and for complying with applicable law and source terms. A disclaimer, successful playback, or user confirmation does not create download rights where none exist.

5. Accounts, devices and security

You are responsible for protecting your account, device-link codes, playlist credentials and management sessions. Tell support promptly if you believe access has been compromised. Pro access is intended for the account holder's supported personal devices, subject to the device limit shown at purchase. Selling, renting or sharing access as a commercial service is prohibited.

6. Demo and testing

The demo uses license-cleared sample material and does not require payment. Pre-release or public-test builds may change, contain defects or have features unavailable in the final release. Test access does not promise that a particular feature or platform will launch on a particular date.

7. Pro subscriptions

When subscriptions become available, the checkout will show the plan, billing period, price, tax treatment where applicable, trial or introductory terms, renewal conditions and payment provider before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the provider managing the purchase before the next billing date.

Apple-platform purchases are billed and managed by Apple under the customer's Apple account. Direct website purchases will be processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. A verified payment grants a provider-neutral Pro entitlement; an unverified client or redirect result is not proof of payment.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling stops future renewal and normally leaves access available through the already-paid period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Provider-specific instructions and the direct-purchase policy are explained on the Cancellation and Refunds page.

9. Service availability

We work to keep supporting services available, but maintenance, security incidents, network failures, platform changes and events outside reasonable control can interrupt them. We may update or retire features where required for security, compatibility, law or sustainable operation. We do not guarantee that any third-party stream, server, metadata source, programme guide or network protocol will always remain available.

10. Intellectual property

The AnyMediaPlayer applications, website, branding and original service components belong to MRG's Solutions, UAB or their applicable licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership. Media and metadata obtained from third parties remain subject to their respective rights and terms.

11. Responsibility

You remain responsible for your media sources, network, devices, credentials and lawful use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party content, expired provider access, removed streams, external service outages or losses caused by credentials you disclose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms when the product, law or commercial model changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel. You may stop using the service at any time; paid subscriptions must also be cancelled through their managing provider.
